Premium Subscriptions

The Outcomes MTM System provides Personal Pharmacists with two levels of access to our industry-leading, web-based documentation platform:

Outcomes Basic™

All participating MTM Centers receive a no-charge subscription to Outcomes Basic. Outcomes Basic enables pharmacists to logon to the Outcomes HIPAA-compliant, SSL-encrypted web interface and access functionality to document, bill and administer MTM services provided to covered members. Outcomes Basic also allows pharmacies to create member-specific Master Medication Lists and Medication Action Plan.

Outcomes Premium™

Outcomes Premium offers MTM Centers all the features of Outcomes Basic—plus the ability to load their own third-party and private-pay patients into the system. Outcomes Premium Subscribers may also use the system to track specific clinical markers. The MTM Billing Wizard, included with Outcomes Premium, guides pharmacists through the use of MTM-specific CPT codes and allows the printing of a completed CMS1500 claim form to aid in the billing of non-Outcomes administered MTM programs.
